Refund Policy

At LUNARA Integrative Health, we are committed to providing high-quality care and clear communication. The following policy outlines our approach to payments, cancellations, and refunds for services provided.

1. Payment Policy

 

 

All payments for services rendered are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. For certain services, a deposit or full payment may be required prior to scheduling.

 

 

 

2. Refunds

 

 

Because our services are personalized and time-based, refunds will not be issued for services already rendered, including appointments that were attended in part or in full.

 

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

 

  • A duplicate payment was made in error

  • A billing mistake was made on our end

 

 

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

 

 

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

 

 

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer that time slot to another patient.

 

  • Late Cancellations (under 24 hours): Subject to a fee of $XX or forfeiture of any deposit

  • No-Shows: May result in a full charge for the missed appointment

 

 

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to schedule future appointments.

 

 

 

4. Package & Membership Services

 

 

Prepaid packages or memberships are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your agreement. If a medical reason prevents continued care, credit may be applied to other services at our discretion.
